Frequently asked questions
What's included in the onboarding fee?
For Medium: we review your product data in Excel, validate it, and do the initial import into your shop. For Large: we handle everything including content creation, product photography guidance, and full Stripe configuration.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Small to Medium or Large at any time. We'll help you migrate your products and add languages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. Cancel monthly. Upon cancellation you receive a full export of your products, categories and translations so you always remain the owner of your data.
Which languages are supported?
Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and more. You choose which languages to activate for your shop.
What is MCP access?
All plans include access to our MCP-ready API, so AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) can manage your products, translations and categories directly. This is one of ShopVirge's key strengths.
What's in the Discord community?
Direct access to our team and other ShopVirge merchants. Get help, share ideas, and stay up to date with new features.
